Account and platform support
For login, identity, trade, giveaway or activity issues, open an official Discord ticket with the page, approximate time and expected result. Never post cookies or recovery codes.
Staff may request a correlation identifier, never a password, script execution or item transfer.
Market and editorial corrections
Send the exact URL, disputed detail and dated source. Disagreement starts a review; it does not automatically change a confirmed value.
For news and guides, identify the sentence and primary source that contradicts it.
Safety and moderation
Use private reports for harassment, scams, impersonation or suspicious links. Do not repost harmful content. Evidence remains restricted to the case.
If your account is compromised, secure Discord and Roblox, revoke active sessions and then contact support.
Partnerships and advertising
Partnerships, collaborative giveaways and advertising are separate. They never grant private data or global administration access.
Provide the server, owner, invite, campaign and commitments from each community.
